A carry setup should let you choose both the position of your sidearm and the placement of your everyday essentials. The Rothco Concealed Carry Neoprene Belly Band Holster combines an adjustable wraparound band with a removable ambidextrous pistol holster, a separate magazine pouch, and an elastic storage pocket. Its soft, breathable neoprene backing provides a comfortable body-facing surface for extended wear.
Arrange your carry position
The band has a loop panel across its entire front, providing room to adjust the fit and configure the removable components. The pistol holster accommodates right- or left-handed use, while the removable, adjustable magazine pouch lets you arrange magazine storage separately from your sidearm. This gives you more control over the layout than a band with permanently fixed storage positions.
Supported carry positions include inside the waistband (IWB), outside the waistband (OWB), cross draw, appendix (AIWB), and the 5 o’clock position. That flexibility is useful when choosing a location that works with your clothing and preferred carry arrangement. A hook-and-loop closure fastens the band around your body, while a separate metal snap closure secures the pistol in its holster.

Choose by waist measurement
Use the stated waist capacity when selecting your fit rather than the band’s overall length. The S/M fits waists up to 39.5 inches and measures 43 inches long by 5 inches wide. The L/XL fits waists up to 49.5 inches and measures 53 inches long by 5 inches wide.
