Product Overview
Cold wind can make everyday equipment handling uncomfortable, but bulky gloves can make small tasks awkward. Rothco D3-A Type Leather Gloves use genuine cowhide leather to help deflect wind while preserving the tactile control needed for general work and equipment operation. Wear them on their own or pair them with glove liners when colder conditions call for additional warmth.
Leather Construction with a Secure Wrist Fit
The cowhide construction gives these tactical gloves a rugged exterior suited to regular use. Wind-deflecting leather helps keep your hands comfortable outdoors, making the gloves useful for activities such as yard work, driving, and handling equipment in cool weather. Their emphasis on dexterity is particularly useful when your day involves switching between larger handling tasks and work that requires a more precise touch.
A cotton pull closure lets you adjust the fit at the wrist rather than relying on a fixed opening. Tighten it for a snug feel that helps keep outdoor elements from entering around the cuff. The closure uses a rust-proof metal slider, giving you a straightforward way to set the wrist fit to suit your hands.
Adapt Your Setup to the Conditions
These gloves can serve as a standalone leather glove or work with glove liners for colder weather. That flexibility lets you adjust your handwear without changing the outer glove. If you plan to wear liners regularly, consider the room they will need when choosing your fit; a comfortable combination should still let you move your fingers and handle equipment.
For airsoft players, the combination of wind protection and tactile control is relevant to cool-weather field days spent handling gear between games. Beyond the field, Rothco identifies these gloves for active-duty applications, driving, yard work, and other general tasks.
