Product Overview
A whistle gives you a simple way to draw attention without relying on your voice alone. The Rothco G.I. Style Police Whistle produces a distinct, clear signal for coaching, emergency signaling, and outdoor communication. Its olive drab finish also fits naturally alongside field gear and tactical accessories.
Inside, a cork pea ball contributes to the whistle’s characteristic sound. That recognizable whistle tone is useful when calling a group’s attention, directing a practice session, or signaling that you need assistance outdoors. For airsoft organizers and referees, it can serve as an audible cue during briefings or field activities where whistle signals are part of the event rules.
Keep your signal within reach
The included lanyard lets you carry the whistle around your neck or attach it to your gear. Keeping it in an accessible location means you won’t have to search through a pack when you want to use it. This is especially useful for coaches who signal repeatedly throughout a session, or hikers who want their signaling equipment close at hand.
Lightweight, sturdy construction makes this police-style whistle easy to add to an outdoor kit without much extra bulk. It suits security personnel, coaches, and outdoor enthusiasts looking for a straightforward signaling accessory. When using it with a group, agree on the meaning of your whistle signals beforehand so everyone knows how to respond.
