The Rothco Heavyweight Classic Canvas Passport Travel Pouch combines document organization with room for bulkier essentials in a compact, military-style crossbody bag. An ID window beneath the front flap gives you a dedicated spot for identification without leaving it exposed on the outside of the pouch.
Separate spaces for documents and daily essentials
The rear zippered utility compartment is the pouch’s organizing hub. Inside, two open-top pockets accommodate a passport or pamphlet-sized documents, while four pen holders keep writing tools separate from the rest of your belongings. A hook-and-loop pocket contains smaller loose items, and an internal D-ring provides an attachment point for a carabiner or another fastener.
The main zippered compartment offers space for larger belongings, such as a suitably sized camera or water bottle. A separate side zippered compartment gives maps, notepads, and other paperwork their own storage area. For items you use frequently, the open-top pocket with a buckle closure can hold a phone, wallet, or keys. Rothco uses 22 oz. heavyweight cotton canvas with double stitching for a substantial bag suited to repeated everyday use. The canvas is naturally water-resistant, while brass zippers complement its classic utility-bag appearance. This is a fabric travel pouch with a traditional look, rather than a lightweight document sleeve.
The adjustable strap supports crossbody, shoulder, or neck carry and extends to 56 inches, giving you room to adjust its position. Two side clips allow you to remove the strap when you want to place the pouch inside a larger bag or stow it in a vehicle. A sewn rear belt loop provides another carrying option.
