Product Overview
Keep your radio at the side of your vest without dedicating front-mounted space to a radio pouch. The Rothco LACV (Lightweight Armor Carrier Vest) Side Radio Pouch Set uses hook-and-loop attachment fields made for the LACV, giving you two Coyote Brown pouches for organizing communications equipment on your carrier.
Each pouch combines durable polyester construction with elastic cord retention. The cord helps hold the radio in place during movement, while a pull tab gives you a convenient point to grip when you need access. For airsoft players who use radios to coordinate with teammates, that balance of retention and accessibility is useful when moving between positions or adjusting equipment during a game.
Side attachment for the Rothco LACV
These pouches attach through hook-and-loop fields rather than a MOLLE strap arrangement. Their attachment layout is intended for the Lightweight Armor Carrier Vest, so the carrier interface is an important consideration when choosing this set for your loadout. A hook panel on the main holster works alongside a larger hook piece with a loop panel sewn onto its back.
- Main holster hook panel: 2 × 2 inches.
- Hook attachment piece: 6 × 2.5 inches.
- Loop panel sewn to the back: 4 7/8 × 2 1/8 inches.
- Quantity: Two radio pouches per set.
- Material and color: Polyester in Coyote Brown.
A drain hole gives water a route out of the pouch, a useful detail for outdoor field use. The measurements above describe the attachment panels, not the radio compartment; use them to assess the mounting layout rather than radio fit.
