Product Overview
A small luminous marker can make a helmet, light switch, or piece of equipment easier to locate in the dark. Rothco Military Phosphorescent Luminous Tape lets you add those markers where they are useful, with a self-adhesive backing and a glow that lasts up to four hours after exposure to a light source.
The phosphorescent material absorbs light and then glows in darkness. That makes prior light exposure an important part of using the tape: apply it where you need a visible reference, then expose it to light before relying on its glow. The stated duration is up to four hours, rather than a promise of constant brightness throughout that period.
Mark equipment and familiar locations
For an airsoft loadout, this tape can be used to add luminous markings to a helmet or other sporting equipment. Think about placement before applying it: a marker intended to help you find your gear also makes that marked area more visible in darkness. Around the home or an equipment storage area, it can help identify light switches or provide visual reference points along walkways and escape routes.
The self-adhesive backing keeps application straightforward, without a separate adhesive. Supplied in a one-inch-wide, five-yard roll, the tape gives you material for multiple individual markings rather than a single fixed-size label.
