A small navigation device is easier to manage when it has a dedicated place on your loadout. The Rothco MOLLE Strobe/GPS/Compass Pouch gives you an adjustable-height compartment for a compact handheld GPS, strobe, lensatic compass, or similar small item, with both a hook-and-loop closure and a side-release buckle to hold the flap closed.
For airsoft players carrying navigation equipment during larger outdoor games, this pouch keeps that equipment separate from magazines and other field supplies. It also suits hiking, camping, and other outdoor activities where you want a small navigation tool attached to your gear rather than loose in a larger pack compartment.
Closed for movement, held open for access
The flap offers two useful configurations. Close it with the hook-and-loop fastening and buckle when moving, or fold it back against the inner loop field to keep the opening accessible. That fold-back arrangement lets you leave the flap out of the way when you need to retrieve and replace your equipment repeatedly.
Inside, two tie-down loops provide points for securing your GPS. They give you a way to add retention beyond the flap closure, which is useful when handling a small device outdoors.
Check the dimensions against your equipment
The pouch measures 2.25 inches x 1.25 inches, with an adjustable height of 4–5 inches. Compare those measurements with your intended device before choosing it, particularly if your GPS has a protective case. The height adjustment gives you some flexibility, but this remains a pouch for small equipment rather than a general-purpose utility compartment.
