Product Overview
Small digging jobs do not always call for a full-size shovel. The Rothco Orange Mini Pick & Shovel with Cover combines two useful tools in a folding design, giving you a way to loosen soil, dig, and cut roots without carrying separate implements. Its compact format suits campsite tasks, small gardening jobs, and outdoor preparedness kits.
The shovel and pick serve different parts of the job: use the pick to work soil loose, then the shovel to move it. Having both on one tool is convenient when you are working in a small area or keeping your equipment load simple. The rubber handle provides a firm gripping surface as you switch between tasks.
A shorter tool for easier packing
At 17 inches when open, this mini digging tool is intended for smaller tasks rather than the reach of a full-size shovel. Folded, it measures 10 inches, making it easier to tuck into your outdoor equipment or organize alongside other supplies in a bug-out bag. Consider those dimensions when deciding where it will fit and how much digging you expect to do.
The included canvas cover protects the tool while it is stored or carried. It also gives you a dedicated way to keep the folded tool covered between uses, rather than packing it away exposed.
