Product Overview
A broad pool of light is useful for sorting equipment, while a narrower beam lets you concentrate illumination on a specific area. The Rothco Rechargeable LED Tactical Task Light with Zoom - 1500 Lumens gives you both options in one handheld flashlight, pairing adjustable illumination with a 10W XHP70 LED and five selectable light modes.
The zoom function lets you widen or narrow the illuminated area to suit the job. Spread the light across your campsite or airsoft staging area when checking gear, then narrow it to focus on the contents of a pack or a particular work area. Rather than relying on one fixed beam pattern, you can adjust the light around what you need to see.
Three brightness settings, plus flare and SOS
High, mid, and low settings let you choose the brightness appropriate to your surroundings and task. High provides the strongest illumination, while the lower settings give you alternatives for close-up work or situations where less light is needed. Flare and SOS round out the five-mode selection.
Rechargeable power with an AAA alternative
The flashlight runs on a rechargeable 18650 lithium-ion battery, and a USB-C charging cable is included. For customers who also want the option of using disposable batteries, the supplied adapter makes the light compatible with three AAA batteries. That flexibility is useful when planning a camping trip or organizing a field kit around the batteries you normally carry.
Splash resistance makes this light suitable for everyday outdoor tasks as well as indoor use. Its combination of adjustable illumination and multiple power options suits equipment checks, campsite chores, household tasks, and work that calls for a handheld light.
