Access and organization are the main priorities of the Rothco Fast Action MOLLE Medical Pouch. A pull-down grip handle works with the dual-zipper opening to give you quick access to the interior, where four pockets and 13 elastic bands keep medical supplies separated. It gives field medics, first responders, and airsoft players a dedicated place for medical equipment rather than leaving it mixed into a larger gear bag.
An Opening That Exposes the Interior
The two zippers extend to the end of the pouch, allowing it to open fully instead of leaving you reaching through a narrow opening. Pulling down on the grip handle provides rapid access to the equipment inside. That wide opening also makes it easier to see how your supplies are arranged when packing the pouch or checking its contents before heading into the field.
Inside, the four pockets provide space for larger supplies such as gauze pads and shears. The 13 elastic bands offer separate holding points for smaller items, helping you arrange equipment in a consistent layout. Dividing supplies between pockets and elastic holders makes the interior easier to navigate than a single undivided compartment.
Carry Medical Supplies Alongside Your Field Gear
MOLLE attachment allows the pouch to mount on compatible tactical vests, assault packs, and drop-leg panels. For an airsoft loadout, that gives you a choice between carrying medical supplies on your vest or keeping them with your pack. Choose a mounting position that you can reach comfortably and that allows enough room to open the pouch.
The front also has a MOLLE-compatible loop field for additional attachments. This provides an exterior attachment area without using the internal pockets reserved for your medical equipment.
