Product Overview

Keeping a tourniquet separate from the rest of your medical supplies makes it easier to reach without searching through the main compartment. The Rothco Fast Action First Aid Tourniquet Pouch combines an exterior tourniquet pocket with organized internal storage, giving you a dedicated place for essential first-aid gear on a MOLLE- or PALS-equipped loadout.

Separate access for your tourniquet and supplies

The exterior pocket holds your tourniquet beneath a webbing flap with a hook-and-loop closure. Elasticized polyester helps maintain a secure fit, while the separate pocket keeps the tourniquet accessible without opening the pouch’s internal storage. This arrangement is useful when you want medical equipment organized by how you need to retrieve it, rather than placing everything together in one compartment.

For the supplies inside, a U-shaped double zipper opens the pouch to expose its contents. The fast-action pull tab is designed for one-handed access, including self-use. Opening the pouch fully also gives you a clearer view of the storage areas, making it easier to locate an item and check your supplies when preparing your kit.

Internal organization without a loose pile of gear

Inside the front flap, two pockets with elastic trim provide separate storage for first-aid materials. An elastic band on the inside of the back flap offers a designated place for medical shears. Keeping these items in their own positions helps reduce the need to sort through loose equipment whenever you open the pouch.

The body is made from 600D polyester with natural water resistance, and metal drainage grommets allow water to exit the pouch. Its MOLLE/PALS-compatible attachment design lets you incorporate it into compatible tactical gear or an outdoor equipment setup. For an airsoft loadout, that means first-aid storage can occupy its own accessible position rather than being mixed in with magazines, tools, or other field accessories.

When deciding where to mount the pouch, consider how easily you can reach both the exterior tourniquet flap and the main pull tab while wearing your equipment. A location that leaves the U-shaped opening unobstructed will also make it easier to inspect and organize the contents between outings.
