Product Overview
Keeping first aid supplies together is only part of the job; being able to find what you need matters just as much. The Rothco MOLLE Tactical Trauma & First Aid Kit Pouch combines internal organization with attachment to a tactical vest or pack, giving your medical supplies a dedicated place in your loadout rather than leaving them loose among other gear.
Organization Inside, Access Outside
Elastic bands inside the pouch help hold supplies in position during movement, while an internal pocket provides another place to separate items. That layout lets you arrange your chosen contents deliberately, making it easier to keep smaller items grouped and locate them when needed. The dual-zippered opening gives you convenient access to the interior without having to work through unrelated equipment in a larger pack.
For airsoft players, the MOLLE-compatible design allows first aid storage to sit alongside the rest of a field loadout. Attach it to a compatible tactical vest or pack and choose a position that remains accessible around your other pouches. The same setup is useful on an outdoor pack when you want medical supplies stored separately from your general equipment.
