The Rothco MOLLE Tactical First Aid Kit brings over 40 medical items together in a compact pouch that attaches to MOLLE-compatible equipment. It gives you a portable way to carry bandages, cleaning supplies, and basic first aid accessories without leaving them scattered throughout your pack.
For an airsoft loadout, the MOLLE-compatible pouch lets you carry the kit on suitable tactical gear rather than loose inside a bag. It can also attach to a MOLLE-equipped hiking pack or camping bag, keeping your first aid supplies together as you move between activities. Choose an attachment location that remains accessible when your equipment is fully loaded.
More than adhesive bandages
The contents cover several basic first aid needs. Alongside adhesive bandages in different sizes, you get military bandages, Steripads, a Telfa pad, adhesive tape, and an elastic bandage. That assortment provides different dressing options instead of relying on a single bandage size. Alcohol prep pads, antibiotic ointment, soap, peroxide, and towelettes add cleaning and care supplies, while tweezers and examination gloves round out the small accessories.
A medium cold pack and aspirin packets are also included. For customers putting together outdoor equipment or an airsoft field bag, this is a supplied kit rather than an empty medical pouch that needs to be filled separately.
Included kit contents
- Carry pouch: One MOLLE tactical pouch.
- Bandages: Two military bandages, eight 3/4-inch x 3-inch bandages, four 1 1/2-inch x 7/8-inch bandages, and one 3-inch elastic bandage.
- Pads and tape: Four 2-inch Steripads, two 3-inch Steripads, one 3-inch x 4-inch Telfa pad, and two rolls of 1/2-inch adhesive tape.
- Cleaning and care supplies: Two medium alcohol prep pads, two antibiotic ointment packets, two BSK towelettes, one 1/2-ounce soap, and one 4-ounce peroxide.
- Additional supplies: One medium cold pack, two aspirin packets containing two tablets each, and two small sugar packets.
- Tools and gloves: One tweezer and one pair of examination gloves.
