Product Overview
Keeping first aid supplies attached to your gear is useful; being able to remove the pouch without taking off your pack or vest makes them easier to access. The Rothco Tactical Breakaway First Aid Kit combines a detachable tri-fold medical pouch with a MOLLE-compatible mounting platform, so you can carry it as part of your loadout and separate it from that platform when you need the contents.
The kit comes stocked with more than 20 first aid items, including bandages, alcohol prep pads, a cold pack, an aspirin packet, tweezers, and gloves. For airsoft field days, camping trips, or other outdoor activities, it gives you a dedicated place to carry these supplies rather than distributing them among several gear pockets.
A pouch you can open away from your loadout
MOLLE-compatible straps attach the kit to suitable webbing on tactical vests, backpacks, and other equipment. The pouch releases from the main loop platform, allowing you to bring the supplies to a more convenient spot while leaving the mounting platform attached. Its tri-fold layout opens out to make the interior accessible, and a top carry handle gives you a straightforward way to carry the detached pouch.
Separate spaces for small supplies
Inside, 13 elastic straps, a zippered mesh pocket, and three open-top compartments provide several ways to arrange the contents. The elastic straps help keep individual items in place, while the compartments let you group supplies instead of leaving everything loose in one main pocket. The mesh pocket offers visible storage for smaller pieces that you want to keep together.
A double-zippered closure keeps the pouch closed during transport. The polyester construction is suited to a gear-carrying role, and the front loop field provides a place to attach a name patch or identification patch.

When planning your setup, choose an attachment location that you can reach without rearranging the rest of your equipment. The breakaway design is especially useful when you want the kit carried securely on your gear but accessible independently of it.
