A tourniquet is easier to locate when it has a clearly marked place on your gear. The Rothco MOLLE Tactical Tourniquet and Shear Holder Pouch keeps a tourniquet and trauma shears together in a compact carrier, with “TQ” lettering on the front to identify its contents. It gives you a dedicated storage location without requiring you to search through a larger utility or medical pouch.
The front cover uses a hook-and-loop closure and an easy-grip pull tab. Pulling the tab opens the cover to reach the tourniquet, while elastic straps along the sides help hold it in place during movement. Those straps accommodate different tourniquet sizes, giving the pouch some flexibility when organizing your equipment rather than relying on a single rigid compartment.
Separate storage for trauma shears
Trauma shears have their own hook-and-loop rear pocket, keeping them alongside the tourniquet but in a separate storage area. A retaining strap passes through the shear handles for added security.
