Product Overview
A first aid kit is easier to keep close when it has its own carrying bag. The Rothco Platoon Leader's First Aid Kit brings over 50 first aid items together in a compact cotton canvas bag that can be worn over the shoulder or across the body. For camping trips, hikes, or airsoft field days, that gives you a way to carry supplies without dedicating a hand to a separate case.
The included contents cover several useful first aid categories, with bandages, antiseptic wipes, gloves, and a cold pack among the supplies. Rather than starting with an empty pouch and assembling everything individually, you get a stocked kit to incorporate into your outdoor gear or emergency preparations.
Heavyweight canvas with a recognizable first aid design
The bag uses Rothco's heavyweight cotton canvas, a rugged material with natural water resistance. Its stenciled first aid lettering and cross design give it a vintage military-inspired appearance while helping distinguish it from ordinary gear bags. That recognizable exterior is useful when a kit is stored alongside clothing, tools, or other field equipment.
Adjustable straps let you choose shoulder or crossbody carry and adjust how the bag sits. A metal buckle secures the closure, keeping the contents contained during transport. Together, these features make the bag suitable for carrying on its own rather than only packing it inside a larger backpack.
- Included supply count: Over 50 first aid items.
- Examples of contents: Bandages, antiseptic wipes, gloves, and a cold pack.
- Bag dimensions: 8 x 5 x 5 inches.
Those compact dimensions are worth considering when planning where the kit will live in your loadout. You can carry it separately for access during an outing or set aside space for it with your camping and field supplies.
