Product Overview
Small map labels and fine print can be difficult to make out when you’re planning a route or checking information outdoors. The Rothco Survival Magnifying Card And Ruler gives you a pocket-size way to examine those details, with measurement markings along its edges for checking small items as well.
Rather than using the rounded shape of a conventional magnifying glass, this card uses a thin Fresnel lens. One surface is flat and the other is ridged, keeping the magnifier compact enough to tuck into most wallets, a pocket, or a small gear pouch. Its lightweight, flexible construction makes it easy to carry alongside your everyday essentials or keep in an outdoor kit without dedicating much storage space.
A Magnifier and Small Ruler in One Card
The printed centimeter and inch scales let you take quick measurements in either system. That makes the card useful for more than reading: you can inspect a small detail and check its size with the same tool. Its short edges are suited to measuring smaller objects rather than replacing a full-length ruler.
- Dimensions: 3.25 inches × 2 1/8 inches
- Thickness: 0.4 mm
- Lens construction: Lightweight, flexible, durable Fresnel design
- Measurement scales: Inches and centimeters printed along the edges
For a camping kit, hiking pouch, or bug-out bag, the card offers a simple way to keep magnification and basic measurement close at hand. Its wallet-friendly format is especially useful if you want those functions available without carrying a separate magnifying glass and ruler.
