Product Overview
A mosquito net is easier to use when it holds its own shape rather than hanging loosely around your resting space. The Rothco Free Standing Mosquito Net Tent uses fiberglass poles to support fine polyester mesh, creating a freestanding insect barrier for camping and time spent outdoors. It can also be attached to a cot, giving you two ways to arrange your campsite sleeping area.
The fine mesh netting provides protection from mosquitoes and other bugs while allowing air to circulate through the enclosure. Fiberglass poles keep the netting upright, so the structure does not depend on an overhead hanging point. That makes the freestanding format useful when you want a defined, screened resting space without having to find a suitable branch or other overhead support.
Use it on its own or with a cot
Your sleeping setup may change from one campsite to the next. This mosquito net tent accommodates both freestanding use and cot attachment, so you can choose the arrangement that suits your trip. A polyester bottom forms the base of the enclosure. If you plan to use it with a cot, consider your cot's dimensions and attachment arrangement when choosing your setup.
