Product Overview
A tactical backpack is easier to organize when you can separate bulky equipment from the items you need along the way. The Rothco MOLLE II 3-Day Assault Pack combines a large main compartment with an external zippered pouch, then adds MOLLE attachment straps across the front and sides. That gives you room inside for your loadout and options outside for arranging additional gear.
For an airsoft outing, the main compartment provides space to group equipment and spare clothing, while the external pouch gives smaller essentials a separate place. The layout also suits camping and hiking equipment without requiring every item to share one compartment. Measuring 20 inches high by 12 inches wide by 7 inches deep, the pack offers a useful size reference when planning what to carry. The 3-Day name describes the pack style; how much you can take will depend on the size of your equipment and how you pack it.
Expand your setup with MOLLE attachments
The front and side MOLLE straps let you attach compatible pouches or additional gear rather than fitting everything inside. This is useful when you want frequently needed equipment on the exterior or prefer a dedicated pouch for a particular part of your loadout. You can arrange those attachments around your own priorities instead of relying entirely on the pack's built-in storage.
Hydration and carry adjustments
An internal hydration pocket and hose port accommodate a hydration setup, allowing you to route the drinking hose out of the pack. A hydration bladder is not included, so plan to supply one separately if you want to use this feature.
Adjustable padded shoulder straps help you set the carry position, with a sternum strap and adjustable waist belt to keep the pack steadier as you move. Quick-release buckles make fastening and releasing the carry system more convenient. A foam panel adds support, and the top carry handle is useful when lifting the pack rather than wearing it.
