Product Overview
An embroidered Thin Blue Line US flag gives this boonie hat a clear message of support for police and law enforcement, while its adjustable fit makes it easy to size to your head. The Rothco Thin Blue Line Adjustable Boonie Hat combines that meaningful detail with screened ventilation, a chin strap, and an internal map pocket for outdoor use.
Two adjustments for fit and retention
An elastic cord and plastic cord lock let you adjust the hat’s fit rather than relying on a fixed size. Tighten or loosen the cord to find a comfortable setting, then use the lock to hold that adjustment. The one-size-fits-most design accommodates the stated hat-size range of 6 3/4–7 3/4, making that range a useful reference when deciding if this hat will suit you.
The adjustable chin strap serves a separate purpose: helping keep the hat in place. That extra retention is useful when wind picks up or you are moving around an outdoor airsoft field, walking a trail, or working outside.
Ventilation and a discreet pocket
Four screened side vents provide openings for air circulation, while the cotton/poly fabric offers a comfortable material for everyday outdoor wear. Inside, a map pocket gives you a tucked-away place for a folded map rather than leaving it loose in a larger pack. Check your map’s folded size when planning how to use this pocket.
